• Act promptly when safeguarding concerns arise.
• Cooperate with relevant authorities where necessary.
• Promote safe and responsible behaviour.

All participants should:

• Respect personal boundaries.
• Obtain consent where appropriate.
• Avoid abusive, threatening or intimidating behaviour.
• Respect the rights and wellbeing of others.

Any safeguarding concern should be reported as soon as possible through the designated safeguarding contact or website reporting system.

Reports will be handled confidentially wherever possible.

Harassment, bullying, stalking, hate speech, threats or exploitation will not be tolerated.

This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure it remains effective and compliant with current safeguarding guidance.
